Electronic Gaming Host

This position reports to the Electronic Gaming Manager, and your responsibilities will be:

• To ensure that customer visits to Slot Machine and Electronic Gaming provide excitement and entertainment through the delivery of outstanding customer service.
• To ensure the basic maintenance and appearance of designated areas.
• To report any malfunctions or any suspicious behaviors; reporting any suspicion of problem gambling; reporting any suspicion of organized and systematic money lending; reporting any suspicion of money laundering.
  
  A minimum of 6 months customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume Entertainment, F&B or Casino based environment. Focused on cultivating a positive Customer Service experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship- building skills
• Service industry experience and
• Clear, concise and positive communication skills
• Sympathetic but assertive approach to actioning complaints
