WR Fundraising Recruitment is delighted to be continuing our relationship with Refugee Council in the search for a new Email Marketing Coordinator., The Email Marketing Coordinator is a critical role for the team, you will help drive their digital marketing and fundraising activities, specifically through email marketing channels while also assisting with other direct marketing, social media and website projects from time to time.,

• Act as the focal point for all things email marketing within the fundraising team
• Work with project managers to develop and implement email marketing campaigns
• Review, recommend and improve current email marketing processes
• Driving the public fundraising retention and acquisition activities
• Working on the stewardship of existing supporters and acquisition of new donors
• Supporting the team with their digital needs for appeals and campaigns
• Taking the lead on digital reporting and provide support for each fundraising email campaign project from start to finish
  
  We are looking for a digital fundraising professional, looking for their next challenge in fundraising and individual giving. If you have a passion for international development and digital marketing, this could be the role for you., Have experience working in a fundraising or individual giving environment
• Have in depth experience, skills and knowledge of email marketing for fundraising purposes
• Have experience of identifying opportunities to improve processes, and designing/implementing new processes
• Skilled in data manipulation and reporting
• Ability to focus on solutions, being innovative and creative to overcome challenges

London with hybrid working £34,275 - £37,437 per annum on experience (£29,093 to £32,654 excluding London Weighting)
