Full Job Description

We seek an Email Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and implementing our Klaviyo email marketing platform to drive customer engagement, retention and sales.,

  • Manage and implement Klaviyo to execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Create, test, and optimize email campaigns, including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, and promotional campaigns.
  • Segment and target email lists based on customer behavior, purchase history, and other criteria.
  • Personalize email content to ensure relevant and engaging communication.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Klaviyo's analytics and reporting tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve email effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling email templates and content.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, trends, and regulations.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience in email marketing and marketing automation, preferably with Klaviyo.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
