We are seeking a visionary Head of Sales, EMEA for Investment Banking, Wealth, and Execution Solutions to join our executive leadership team. This role sits within the Data and Analytics Business. This opportunity demands a strategic and operational leader who can drive the EMEA sales functions to exceed sales, revenue, retention, and organisational objectives. You will be instrumental in executing the EMEA strategy to improve both current and future growth, while fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture within your team.,

  • Providing executive leadership, nurturing, and developing your team of sales professionals across EMEA.
  • Surpassing revenue goals through standardized account planning, implementation, and management.
  • Maintaining an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities and potential cancellations.
  • Regularly reporting on quantitative and qualitative results of account planning, implementation, and management using company-adopted methods.
  • Acting as a thought leader, sharing your expertise with the wider executive leadership team.
  • Ensuring sales and business strategies and execution plans consider local regulatory and legislative considerations (as appropriate).
  • Role modeling and instilling strategic account planning discipline across relevant teams.
  • Leading sales campaigns to market our investment banking, wealth, and execution solutions to multiple points of contact and deep client relationships across the region.
  • Efficiently and cooperatively following all company policies of in-house counsel, finance, and administration.

    A dynamic leader who is highly results-oriented, with a demonstrable track record in a sales leadership role and deep domain knowledge of the financial markets.
  • Structured, methodical, and hands-on approach to leading their business and teams.
  • Strong communication skills with a 'flexible professional attitude'. Proficiency in Italian and Spanish would be a plus.
  • Comfortable presenting at all levels internally and externally in an organization.
  • Displays a deep understanding of our customers, applying knowledge of business and market dynamics to provide value-add solutions and services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and expanding product sales environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a consistent track record of attaining company goals.
