Full Job Description

This is an exciting time to join a dynamic and innovative CAMHS workforce in Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES). We are situated in Keynsham, Bristol, covering approximately 50% of schools across B&NES. The B&NES MHST currently consists of Educational Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) and Child Wellbeing Practitioners (CWP's) delivering 1:1 and group interventions. In addition, EMHPs work closely with local schools to support them in adopting a 'whole school approach' to mental health and wellbeing, to improve outcomes for CYP, parents/carers and staff., Working within B&NES MHST, your role will be to supervise EMHPs and help them to develop their role. Supervision consists of both Case Management Supervision and Clinical Skills Supervision, following a low intensity model.

This may include trainee EMHPs (Band 4) and/or qualified EMHPs / CWP's (Band 5). In addition, you will be involved in triaging and allocating referrals. You will also hold a small caseload, support with Whole School Approach delivery and will develop good working relationships with schools.
