Full Job Description
- Supporting line managers with policy, process, and employment legislation.
- Coaching and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Risk assessment of cases to guide business decisions.
- Covering senior advisor role during absences, including monitoring inbox and allocating work. This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
- Employee Relations case management experience, managing a caseload independently.
- Ability to handle 15-20 cases at any one time.
- Skills in coaching and influencing.
- Advising on best practices and internal policies.
