If this sounds like you, then you might be ideal for our Employment Specialist role North Lancashire's IPS team aims to increase the number of people moving into paid employment from specialist community health services. The role will help people in community treatment for substance use to find and sustain paid, preference matched, employment. You'll work throughout North Lancashire with service users, clinicians, local employers and partners to deliver employment support using the Individual Placement and Support approach (IPS).

• Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Salary Range (pro rata if part time) CGL points 25 to 28 (£29,529.80 - £32,002.35) ILW / OLW /Fringe N/A - Outside London Weighting Area Closing Date
