Full Job Description

As the Enforcement Estate Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing the rationalisation of DVSA's estate, with a focus on the Enforcement Estate Transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to align the estate strategy with the operational needs of the Enforcement Directorate, ensuring that transformational initiatives support the delivery of the Enforcement Strategy while achieving efficiency savings and value for money. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the DVSA and beyond, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative approach to estate rationalisation. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that business requirements are met, and that the transition process is seamless and compliant with relevant policies, legislation, and regulations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain focus on Enforcement Estate Transformation to guide and oversee rationalisation activities.
  • Align estate strategy with operational needs within the Enforcement Directorate.
  • Ensure transformational initiatives support the Enforcement Strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Use Enforcement expertise to ensure business requirements can be met and the transition process is seamless and compliant with relevant policies, legislation, and regulations.
  • Create, maintain, and manage data sources to monitor processes and inform Corporate Senior Leaders on progress.
