Full Job Description

Job Role: English Curriculum Lead Contract: Term-time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £33,000 - £38,480 per (academic) annum (FTE) Your Purpose To be an outstanding English Curriculum Lead with a passion and ability to deliver lessons that are creative and innovative. You will be required to provide outstanding leadership and role model R.E.A.L. behaviours to ensure that all learners across all key stages make exceptional progress and foster a love of learning. We Need We need someone who is an experienced education professional with a minimum of two years working with children and young people within education (preferably working with learners who have SEN super powers). You will need to have sound knowledge and practical experience of designing and developing the English curriculum. Our learners need someone who is passionate, dedicated and will work holistically to support them to achieve their own full potential. There is a need to be able to travel between all R.E.A.L. sites to support and engage with young people as required. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.
