Full Job Description

  • Monitor data flows and perform data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, component engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve ERP-related data problems
  • Supporting New Product Introduction and the incorporation of changes by managing the transfer of advanced parts lists, BOMs and ECNs between Engineering and Manufacturing
  • Document procedures, workflows, and system configurations to support business requirements
  • Support to functions on ROHS & MSL queries
  • Train users on ERP best practices, ensuring they understand data entry, reporting, and operational workflows within the system, As Manufacturing ERP Data Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimising the data within the company's Manufacturing ERP system. This includes ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of ERP data, troubleshooting system issues, providing user support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven processes.

    Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar platforms
  • A good understanding of the relationship between Engineering data, Manufacturing data, data configuration and change control
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and logistics
  • Ability to analyse situations & implement process improvements
  • Desirable:
  • Proven track record of managing and troubleshooting ERP data issues
  • Ability to understand electronic component material data sheets
  • Awareness of RoHS and REACH, MSL & shelf life, The ideal candidate will have a background in ERP systems, data management, and manufacturing processes, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
