Estates Officer - Engineering (Mechanical)

We are looking for an experienced Estates Officer - Engineering (Mechanical) who can keep our sites well maintained, safe and compliant for our service users, staff and visitors. This role will be based at Hopewood Park Hospital, Sunderland., To manage, implement and be accountable for Mechanical maintenance, legislation compliance and capital/ minor works schemes in designated Trust properties.
