Estates Worker- Painter and Decorator

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team, focusing on the decorating, refurbishment, and maintenance of school buildings. This hands-on role includes internal and external painting, wallpapering, plaster repairs, and maintenance tasks. You will also be involved in working at heights (ladders, scaffolding, cherry pickers), snow clearing, and event support. Broader estate duties such as gardening, parcel delivery, and basic carpentry or plumbing work will be part of your responsibilities.

Start Date: ASAP

Contract type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £24,102 per annum

Reporting to: Estates Bursar

Hours: 37.5 h p/w, Monday to Friday from 07:00 - 15:30 (including weekends as required)

This includes 1-hour daily unpaid break.
