Stafflex Education is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our supply team as Exam Invigilators for ad-hoc exam cover in secondary schools across Huddersfield and Kirklees, throughout 2025., + Set up exam venues according to strict procedures.
+ Ensure exam rules and regulations are followed, staying vigilant throughout the exam.
+ Assist students before, during, and after exams, addressing queries and ensuring compliance.
+ Supervise students to maintain a calm and quiet environment.
+ Escort students during comfort breaks and ensure no communication in the exam venue.
+ Distribute and collect exam papers as per examination procedures.
+ Manage exam materials and equipment in line with official guidelines.
+ Ensure an orderly exit from the exam room once exams are completed.

+ Teaching Assistant / Support Worker / Invigilator qualification or equivalent preferred.
+ Recent experience invigilating secondary school examinations.
+ Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
+ Good numeracy and literacy abilities.
