Villiers High School is looking to appoint an experienced Examinations Officer but will consider someone with transferrable skills. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and detail-orientated to work in a busy but rewarding team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of external and internal examinations and maintaining the integrity of the process. Strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, the ability to work under pressure and being able to meet deadlines are essential. They will also work alongside the Data team and be a support for the team. We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive person with excellent communication and IT skills and previous school experience. Candidates must have the ability to undertake complex tasks and will receive training as required for the post. In this role, the successful candidate may undertake other administrative and data duties. We are offering an exciting opportunity for the right person with a positive can-do attitude. The successful candidate will need to:

  • Be resilient, flexible and demonstrate an ability to work in a busy environment
  • Be methodical, pro-active and have a keen eye for detail
  • Be able to plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
