Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to Chief Officers to join our dynamic team at Torus Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-level executive support to two Group Chief Officers, playing a crucial role in the smooth running of their operations and helping to maintain Torus's professional brand and reputation. As the Executive Assistant to Chief Officers, you will:

  • Proactively manage complex diaries, ensuring strategic alignment and forward planning.
  • Liaise with high-profile stakeholders, including government and housing agencies, Members of Parliament, and Chief Executives
  • of key organisations.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including researching information, drafting papers, and preparing presentations.
  • Work flexibly as part of the Executive Support Team and deputise for the EA to the CEO when necessary.
  • Lead and support the Executive Assistants team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Group Chief Officers, handling sensitive communications with professionalism.
  • Organise and coordinate internal events, meetings, and minute-taking as required.
  • Manage key projects to support strategic goals.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leaders in a large, complex organisation.
  • A background in housing is highly desirable, as this experience will be valuable in supporting our Group Chief Officers and
  • understanding the sector's complexities.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and IT skills (Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
  • Co-Pilot).
  • A strong track record of building and maintaining key relationships, including managing challenging situations.
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines with flexibility and resilience.
  • A proactive approach, anticipating needs and delivering solutions.
  • High levels of motivation, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
