As the EMEIA ASO Executive Assistant, you will be part of an extraordinary team who are focussed on delivering commercial growth for Apple Retail., The role requires providing first class administrative support to the ASO Director, driving administrative projects and activities. The role works in a highly cross-functional capacity with both EMEIA, geo and WW teams. The ideal candidate is highly organised, personable, has exceptional communication skills and a strong interest in the nature of work delivered by this organisation. - Scheduling and managing a demanding calendar, interacting daily with other EAs - -across Apple both locally and internationally - Arranging and co-ordinating international and domestic travel, accommodations and all trip logistics - Accounting support including raising purchase requisitions, Apple Own Use orders, Goods Receipts, creating new vendors, expense reports etc - Arrange and event-manage business meetings, offsite conferences, all team events

  • Experience as an EA to a leader, with relevant experience of high-level, complex administration work at a senior level
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, stay calm under pressure and work within ambiguity
  • Effective time management, uses initiative to prioritise workload and execute against multiple projects and deadlines and meet these.
  • Experience making complex domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written involving high-level communications with internal and external contacts
  • Direct experience taking care of sensitive and conflicting situations in a diplomatic manner
  • Keynote, Pages and Numbers skills required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and proactively collaborate with the team
  • Excellent networking skills with key business partners
  • Exceptional assessment and organisational skills; attention to detail and excellent follow-through, Global awareness, timezones, cultures, logistics
  • Demonstrates passion for learning new things, continuous improvement, sharing best practice
  • Experience of working with remote and geographically dispersed teams
  • Demonstrates ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment approach to work
  • Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously
