We're recruiting an Executive Personal Assistant to provide full PA and administrative support to the AXA Commercial Strategic Transformation Officer and members of their leadership team. Your fantastic organisational skills and ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders, will be pivotal in ensuring key support in meeting various deadlines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leader in a fast-paced and evolving environment. In this role, you'll work the majority of your week in our London office, aligning with business requirements to provide optimal support to our leadership team. What you'll be doing:

  • Escalate, delegate and resolve functional business issues with clear instructions and deadlines.
  • Build effective relationships with other PA's and influence stakeholders at all levels across AXA.
  • Confidently navigate a complex organisation, maintaining relationships across teams that are multi-locational.
  • Organise business travel (UK and international) in a timely manner, including itineraries, considering context and purpose as appropriate.
  • Proficiently coordinate schedules for the senior leadership team, utilising thorough advance planning and proactive problem-solving.
  • Effectively manage team invoices and headcount reporting, including accurate recording, processing, reporting and controlling.
  • Manage correspondence such as emails, post and telephone in a timely manner. Prioritising, cascading or escalating as appropriate.
  • Process expenses for travel, events and office sundries.
  • Lead resolution of IT issues where appropriate.

  • Extensive experience in similar roles; providing Executive or PA support to a leadership team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional prioritisation and organisation skills.
  • Adherence to strict confidentiality protocols.
  • Influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in diary and travel management.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Expert knowledge of admin software - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
