Full Job Description
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of executive-level operations within the Trust. This is a fast-paced role requiring outstanding organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating high-level meetings, and supporting the implementation of central procedures and operations.
- Significant experience in a high-level administrative or executive support role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
Actual Salary £31,610 - £38,346 Permanent Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership Interview Date: 3rd April 2025 (Candidates should ensure they are available to attend an interview on this date) Hours: 37 per week. Term time, plus inset days, plus 20 additional days to be worked during school closure periods Salary: Grade 7-8 (Depending on experience) FTE £33,366 - £40,476 (£17.29 - £20.98 per hour) Actual Salary £31,610 - £38,346 per annum Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with exceptional administrative and executive support skills?
