Full Job Description
MAT Recruitment is supporting The Bay Learning Trust to appoint an Executive Headteacher & Director of Primary Education at the fantastic, Barnacre Road Primary School. You will be a dynamic and self-motivated leader with a proven track record of experienced leadership of both staff and pupils. The purpose of this role is to lead the primary provision across the Trust and Barnacre Road School.
+ Qualified Teacher Status, + NPQH / NPQEL / Masters
Essential Experience
+ Successful leadership as a Headteacher in a good/outstanding primary setting.
+ Worked with teachers & leaders to develop their practice and evidence of successfully engaging & supporting staff to develop their knowledge & skills.
+ The ability to interpret & correlate a range of data streams.
+ Evidence of providing regular reports to various stakeholders & experience of managing complex systems & procedures.
Desirable Experience
+ Experience of supporting other schools to improve.
Barnacre Road was the first and currently the only primary school in The Bay Learning Trust. You will be someone who leads with influence and builds strong partnerships with other primary schools in Lancashire with a view to further growth of the Primary Sector in the next 2-5 years.
