What you'll do Build sustainable reputational value, promoting Vodafone as an innovator and technology leader, delivering new solutions and services to customers, and improving digital experiences

  • Design and execute effective PR/Corporate Relations strategies and plans that build sustainable reputational value, promoting Vodafone as an innovator and technology leader, delivering new solutions and services to customers, and improving digital experiences.
  • Work with various teams across the business as they innovate, trial and develop new technology solutions (cloud, 5G, security, IoT etc) for adoption by Vodafone and/or become productized by our Wholesale, Enterprise and Consumer divisions.
  • Create and co-ordinate delivery of quality editorial content for external use.
  • Work with agencies to amplify PR moments with campaigns and other creative solutions.
  • Educate media and other external stakeholders on misconceptions around technology. Support and mitigate potential negative media comment.
  • Who you are
  • Significant, demonstrable experience within a Communications and/or related department.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and articulate communicator with the ability to understand complexity and to act quickly and with clarity of thought.
  • Calmness under pressure and ability to take a sensible and balanced view on issues .
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Demonstrate Vodafone role model behaviours, working in a collegiate way with colleagues and agencies.
