The Fabric Supervisor will lead all aspects of fabric maintenance within the client's London Portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of building upkeep and compliance., This role will oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, corrective action management, and the execution of fabric-related projects. Additionally, the Fabric Supervisor will be responsible for stakeholder management, financial oversight, and adherence to contractual obligations. This role demands a proactive and hands-on approach to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services. The successful candidate will be expected liaise with relevant stakeholders and deliver a seamless and efficient service.,

• Ensure achievement of key performance indicators, service level agreements, and contractual measures.
• Adhere to the Master Service Agreement and all workstream deliverables.
• Represent the account in internal networking forums.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Client's business and service needs.
• Manage relationships with key Client stakeholders.
• Act as the single point of contact for fabric service delivery and escalation in London.
• Own and align the Client's lifecycle plan with their strategic needs.
• Ensure full contractual and technical compliance for Fabric services in London.
• Manage financial targets, including budget, revenue, expenses, and aged debts.
• Oversee all people management for the Fabric team.
• Manage tools, consumables, and stock checks to support business operations.
  
  Proficient in using Microsoft 365 products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Forms & Outlook.
• Asset Lifecycle Management.
• PPM end-to-end processes and delivery.
• Supplier management.
• All elements of delivery and management of compliance & governance.
