Full Job Description
I have a client looking for an experienced Facilities Admins to come and work on their site in the facilities department. Details of assignment:
- producing swipe cards,
- controlling accommodation for staff
- covering the welcome desk with co-ordinating jobs for porters and cleaners.
- Answering the desk phone and emails while liasing with the department.
- Looking after patient files liasing with usual health and safety regulations.
The role is Paying £14.50ph on a temp to perm basis on a 37.5 hour week. - You can be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
- THe role is 6-12 months with the ability to go permanent afterwards.
