Facilities & Events Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Events and Facilities Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Wokingham. As a Events and Facilities Supervisor you'll:

• Monitor and ensure delivery of all services on site, including Catering, Cleaning, and Logistics.
• Directly Manage and Deliver Events Operations.
• Support operational managers at unit and contract level ensuring compliance to all Legal, Client, Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.
• Ensure Service delivery within specified budgets and standards.
  
  Previous management experience.
• Experience in of working within an liP Framework.
• Experience of managing health and safety in a factory setting.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Proactive and Can Do Attitude
