Facilties and Maintenance Manager

We are delighted to be working with a leading hospitality and catering company at one of their flagship sites in London to recruit a Facilities and Maintenance Manager. • Overseeing maintenance procedures for company assets and areas.
• Maintaining and updating asset and maintenance logs/spreadsheets.
• Offering solutions for minor repairs that can be handled internally.
• Managing repair call-outs and coordinating visits with contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
• Collaborating with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure safety compliance.
• Attending company meetings and providing input on various business processes.
  
  Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience in electrical, plumbing, and fabric maintenance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• A calm, structured, and resilient approach to challenges.
  
  Salary: £39,500 per annum.
