Full Job Description
- Ensure that products are processed in line with the production schedule to deliver orders on time in full
- Monitor production output and amend process to achieve output targets.
- Allocate resources to maintain and improve production standards
- Work proactively to ensure production priorities are on schedule and liaise with the Production Manager to address any operational changes.
- Monitor and manage attainment of product quality standards
- Work with the quality department to develop and maintain robust quality standards
People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas - Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must be pro-active and able to multi-task within a busy working environment
