Summary
Factory Operative
Norfolk Industries, Norwich
Full-Time, 37 hours - Mon to Thurs 8.00 to 4.30, Fri 8.00 to 13.00
Hourly rate - £12.21 per hour
We are a small local factory with a big social conscience and currently looking for a Factory Operative to join our team. We have a long history of providing employment to people with disabilities so the successful candidate should be willing to work alongside and support team colleagues with disabilities.
You will be manufacturing small animal bedding products and required to undertake a number of tasks within the factory including using a bandsaw once fully trained, and getting involved with the maintenance of machines and equipment.
If you have good team skills and work well with others, a positive outlook and keen to learn and grow we would love to hear from you. Experience is not as important as a willingness to learn and being motivated to work.
Short listed applicants will be invited to the factory for a brief values-based interview and a tour.
The successful applicant must be willing to sign up to Norfolk Industries Behaviour and Values agreement and provide or complete a DBS check.
