The suitable candidate for this role will be a qualified (preferably 3 years + PQE) boasting demonstrable and varied experience within Private Family. Your role will be to take on a caseload of your own private Family clients along with a small percentage of legal aid clients. The legal aid work is spread fairly across the team. You will strive to provide your clients with the best proactive and practical advice whilst managing your work in a timely manner. A suitable candidate for this role will be at least 3 years PQE. The Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct advocacy and always work towards the best possible result
• Create lasting relationships with clients from vastly differing backgrounds built upon success
• Be key in further growing the already excellent reputation of the family department

• Excellent IT skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing requirements
• Team-focus with a flexible "can do" and collaborative approach to working with others, but also able to work alone.
