Full Job Description
We are seeking experienced female support workers for a 2:1 complex care package for a female client living in the NE9 area of Gateshead who has Prader-Willi Syndrome alongside other health conditions and associated complexities under the Learning Disability framework.

Full UK licence and access to your own car would be beneficial
Shift requirements - Saturday's - 11.30am-4pm- although this could alter so please only apply if you can be flexible.
