As a Support Worker in our Swansea services, you will provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities of different ages and abilities. Your role is about more than care-it's about:

- Empowering people to make their own choices and live independently
- Encouraging confidence through social activities, community involvement, and
- Skill-building
- Respecting each person's individuality and ensuring they feel valued
- Supporting with personal care, medication, and day-to-day living in a way that upholds dignity
- Building meaningful relationships that enhance quality of life
- Your work will make a real, lasting impact every single day.
