This full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm) in addition you will be required to work on-call duties on a rota basis (at least every other weekend, with enhanced pay). Flexibility is required to meet business needs.
You will be responsible for: ✅ Conducting customer assessments and creating tailored care/support plans. ✅ Ensuring compliance through regular audits and quality checks. ✅ Working closely with healthcare professionals to maintain and improve care standards. ✅ Supporting, mentoring, and guiding care/support workers in the field. ✅ Managing safeguarding concerns, documenting incidents, and following up on actions. This role involves fieldwork across Beccles, Lowestoft, and Great Yarmouth, as well as working from our Beccles head office.
