We are currently seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join the EMEA & ANZ marketing team at SHL. This role involves planning, implementing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns to assist the regional commercial goals. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales and marketing as well as external partners to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement in the respective regions. The ideal candidate will bring experience in field marketing and a knowledge of local market dynamics in EMEA & ANZ.   • Develop and activate regional field marketing campaigns to aid pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing teams to localise campaign messaging to position for regional markets.
  • Build integrated marketing campaigns across channels, including digital marketing, events, webinars, social media & account based marketing.
  • Organize regional events, including trade shows, industry conferences, roadshows, and SHL Connect customer events.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of field marketing campaigns, including lead generation, ROI, and other KPIs.
  • Work with finance and procurement teams to oversee vendor contracts, payments, and ROI measurement for marketing investments.

    Proven experience in B2B marketing with strong digital marketing experience.
  • Data-driven, sales aligned marketing approach.
  • Programme, project, and time management and implementation techniques.
  • Strong writing technique.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Desirable:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing/ field marketing, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification.
  • Familiarity with the marketing automation & CRM systems (preferably Eloqua & SalesForce).
  • All candidates must be based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
