As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best in the business and gain valuable insights into the industry., We are currently recruiting for a Finance & Administration Coordinator to join our Expo and Events team to work at our Birmingham Branch who will be responsible for providing operational and admin support to a specialist activity operating in the exhibition and event sector. Finance Coordinator will form a key role within the team and be actively involved in finance and administration related tasks.,

  • You will support current client portfolio.
  • You will manage the FSL across all Expo & Events verticals.
  • You will be supporting with managing budgets by ensuring commercial objectives are delivered.
  • You will promote innovation and technology as improvement tools.
  • You will support operations with hotel and travel bookings.
  • You will assist with site QSHE responsibilities under Expo's remit.
  • You will support all Expo products with invoice process management.
  • You will support with set up and maintenance of approved suppliers.
  • You will support with the set up and payroll of casual worker.

    2+ years of experience in accounting/finance adminsitration
  • Proficient in excel, analytics and MS Office Applications
  • Ability to work efficiently in high pressure environments
  • Experience of working to targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency within AconNEW
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details
