• Maintain the financial integrity and accuracy of daily financial operations within the hotel.
• Accurately record and balance all transactions, including cash, credit cards, and bank reconciliations, on a daily basis.
• Ensure adherence to company control procedures and policies.
• Provide essential support to the broader financial and operational teams.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and issues.
  
  Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong work ethics with a high level of responsibility for assigned task completion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry-specific financial software (e.g. Opera, Zonal).
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle the dynamic nature of hotel operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
