As a Finance Business Partner for Housing Services, you will be an integral part of our Finance team, working closely with key stakeholders within the Housing Services department to provide insightful financial analysis, guidance, and decision support., As a Finance Business Partner for Housing Services, you will be an integral part of our Finance team, working closely with key stakeholders within the Housing Services department to provide insightful financial analysis, guidance, and decision support. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by driving financial performance, optimising resource allocation, and fostering continuous improvement within our Housing Services division.
We are looking for preferably a CCAB qualified accountant who is a confident individual with a curious mind that is not afraid of challenge. You should be an analytical thinker with a passion for finance and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community. You possess a unique blend of financial expertise, analytical proficiency, and interpersonal skills that enable you to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

CCHA was established in 1996 and is a Registered Society with charitable status. We formed when Adamsdown Housing Association and Moor Housing Association merged. Between them, Adamsdown and Moors have been providing homes in Cardiff for over 35 years. We are a non-profit organisation that is registered and supervised by the Welsh Assembly Government.
Please note, this is a maternity cover fixed term contract until 10/09/2026.
The salary will be between £45,000 - £48,000 per annum which depends on experience and whether the successful candidate is a qualified or part-qualified accountant, or qualified by experience.
