We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and investment strategies. You'll play a key role in ensuring financial stability while driving efficiency, innovation and value for money. You'll work with the Chief Finance Officer to ensure that there are robust strategic financial plans in place, and you'll be the main point of contact for key financial information, ensuring that financial information is accurate, understandable and timely. In this role, you will lead the capital and revenue budgeting processes ensuring that robust budgets are set in a collaborative manner and that all Senior Leaders understand and agree to their budgets. You will ensure that the organisation's treasury management processes and procedures are implemented, developed and reflect good practice, guaranteeing the organisation's debt portfolio and cash flow is properly managed. Additionally, you'll assure that the organisation meets all its taxation obligations and will advise on the methods for ensuring the most beneficial tax position for the organisation. You will offer support to the wider transformation of the company through our 'Road to 2030' project which will make Magenta Living a more efficient and effective organisation.
