Full Job Description
As a Caseworker in a busy office-based team, once trained, you will routinely process applications for the grant and renewal of shotgun and firearm certificates for individuals and with experience a wider range of firearms licensing administrative functions such as clay shooting grounds, and variations to certificates.
You will also assist in maintaining records and updating systems. Good organisational skills will be required to manage your own workload in the preparation of files to be progressed by other members of the team. An eye for detail and good communications skills are essential, as is a flexible approach to meet the varying demands upon the Unit.
