Fitness Coach - Liverpool Street Club, Liverpool Street Fitness Experience (Part Time 20 hours) Are you passionate about fitness and inspiring others to achieve their goals? As a Fitness Experience Team Member, you will play a vital role in assisting our guests and members on their fitness journey. • Lead Fitness Classes: Teach and represent our signature FF Fitness classes, providing expert guidance and motivation to participants both in the studio and on the gym floor.
• Enhance Member Experience: Engage with guests and members, promoting a culture of open conversation and connection. You'll be integral in ensuring every visit is exceptional.
• Member Retention: Take a proactive role in retaining members, fostering strong relationships, and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure that gym and studio areas, as well as equipment, are always clean, safe, and functional.
• Multifunctional Teamwork: Participate in guest tours, sales, and member interactions on the gym floor. Support team members with holiday cover, duty responsibilities, and more.
• Key Holder Responsibilities: Conscientiously manage opening and closing duties as per the club rota, following all procedures.
• Outreach & Promotion: Conduct reach-out sessions in public areas to promote the FF brand and increase club membership, ensuring all activities align with our values.
  
  Fitness Qualification: Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification (or currently working towards it).
• Class Instruction: Ability to deliver high-standard fitness classes in both studio and gym settings.
• Industry Knowledge: Satisfactory knowledge of the fitness industry and current trends.
• Teamwork: Strong ability to work effectively within a team.
• Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships within the club and during external promotions.
• Flexibility: Adaptable to business needs, including covering shifts at short notice.
• Target Driven: Ability to meet set targets and deadlines with self-motivation and proactivity.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Approachable: Friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
