Fitness & Lettings Officer

The successful applicant will oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures as well as prepare facilities for activities, ensuring a welcoming environment. Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive, proactive approach will be at the centre of your practice.,

• Fitness Supervision: Oversee gym activities, ensure safe equipment use, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, handle enquiries, and promote our services.
• Operational Duties: Oversee health and Safety, monitor site entry, and manage daily operations including opening and closing the facility.
• Lettings Management: Manage club and group bookings, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
This is a casual role which includes evening and weekend working.
