Food and Beverage Supervisor

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be supporting the management team by ensuring a great guest experience is had and given by the Food and Beverage team whilst working within the Food and Beverage department carrying out general day to day duties also!,

• Supporting the Food and Beverage Manager
• Delivering great guest service and food quality
• Leading and engaging the team
• Inspiring, developing and motivating team members
• Opening and closing of all units
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are adhered to
  
  Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
• Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with strong work ethic
• Are able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays)
• Be able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
• Have reliable transportation - due to the location of the site
• Experience in a similar role - supervisor/team leader level
