As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. - Work together to make everyone's day better by supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping the shelves stocked and making sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
- Help introduce new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support your local community by getting involved in all kinds of activities and events!

- 30% discount on all Co-op products in-store plus 10% discounts on all other brands (increasing to 20% on payday weekends)
- Pension scheme with up to 10% employer contributions
- Wagestream - a money management app giving you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it

- 24/7 employee assistance service
- Full, paid training and dedicated support for your personal development and career progression
- Rotas shared three weeks in advance and accessible on your phone
- Cycle-to-work scheme
