Beech Ward is looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Forensic Social Worker to join its team in Radlett, Hertfordshire., As our new Forensic Social Worker, you would be welcomed into a safe and supportive multidisciplinary staff team that would empower and encourage you to be the best version of yourself for the benefit of those we care for. On a day-to-day basis, the role would involve working in partnership with service-users and carers; providing assessment, care-planning and coordination of care from a social care perspective; and liaising effectively with the multidisciplinary team and with external stakeholders.

This role is the perfect opportunity for an entry-level Social Worker with a strong belief in recovery for people with severe and enduring mental health problems and a good understanding of the Care Programme Approach, care management and safeguarding., The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and team-working skills, as well as the ability to organise their own workload and respond to crises in a calm and sensible manner. They need a good understanding of the relevant legislation and statutory guidance, including safeguarding, and must be prepared to model and promote the Trust's values at all times.
