Full Job Description

  • Driving positive business and customer outcomes, commercial leading of change and broader improvements
  • Responsible for identifying and driving maximum business value within anti-fraud (specifically policy fraud), through loss ration protection and profitable policy growth
  • Working closely with the broader fraud team and Underwriting to frame and answer key strategic questions relating to policy fraud
  • Driving data led performance improvement opportunities, working across the business and external suppliers to prioritise, secure resource and delivery good outcomes
  • Role modelling great customer outcomes across the business and advocating change and improvements where appropriate
  • Providing significant input into the business planning for cost control, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

    Experience of successfully leading and implementing transformational change within complex and highly regulated organisations
  • Outstanding commercial aptitude with analytical capability - able to translate the complex data/concepts into a logical and structured fashion and articulate these concepts clearly and effectively
  • Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and structure complex questions into manageable work programmes
