Right Now Group are working with a medium - large sized forwarder in the Bristol Area. We are looking for an experienced Freight Operator (Import & Export) to join a dynamic freight forwarding team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in international logistics who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for managing shipments across Air, Road, Ocean, and Cross Trade movements, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. \nKey Responsibilities for the Freight Operator \n Operations & Compliance \n \n

• Oversee and coordinate import/export shipments to ensure smooth execution.\n
• Ensure all shipments comply with industry regulations and company standards.\n
• Involved with all modes of transport Air, Road, Sea and Crosstrade. \n
• Manage customs clearance processes efficiently.\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and continuously improve operational procedures.\n
• Liaise with customers, agents, and service providers to ensure service excellence.\n

• \n2+ years in freight forwarding with expertise in multimodal operations.\n
• Strong background in international logistics and customs procedures.\n
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.\n
• For any operators that have zero experience in certain modes, that is okay, you will be trained and developed in those areas. \n, Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.\n
• Strong communication skills.\n
