Full Job Description

  • Responsible for hiring graduates (attraction, selection processes, onboarding)
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and Amazon's Leadership Principles. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Responsible for developing strong working relationships with all key hiring managers and working closely with them to ensure hiring needs are met for their groups
  • Create innovative plans to attract qualified candidates for open roles and monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at Amazon

    We are looking to hire a talented and committed Full Lifecycle Recruiter for our AUTA Recruiting team to play a critical role in managing Amazon's growth and additional hiring requirements.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, organization, prioritization and communication skills as well as attention to detail. They will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.,
  • Bachelor's degree, or 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English or a second European Language would be preferred
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
  • Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation
  • Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a campus recruitment environment
  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • Understanding of Apprentice hiring in France
