If you are enthusiastic about making a positive impact and helping inspire career aspirations, we would love to hear from you., The Future Workforce Engagement Coordinator will:o Coordinate the effective and smooth operations of the engagement function within Future Workforceo Support the delivery of key results aligned with the Health Boards Workforce Strategy and Future Workforce planso Develop and deliver a comprehensive school engagement programme across the three geographical countieso Work closely with the Apprenticeship Academy Coordinator and the Future Workforce coordinator to ensure apprenticeships, workexperience and volunteering are promoted efficiently and effectively through networks such as schools, job centres, training providers,further and higher education institutions and other relevant networkso Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support widening access across the Health Board geographical localityo Assess the quality and evaluate the impact of the Future Workforce Engagement function to match the requirements of Hywel Dda University Health Board services
