Gardener Ride-On Operative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener Ride-On Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of our clients. The role will involve operating ride-on lawn mowers, performing garden maintenance tasks, and ensuring that outdoor areas are consistently well-kept and visually appealing.,

• Operating ride-on lawn mowers and other specialized equipment to maintain large outdoor areas
• Performing a range of gardening and landscaping tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting
• Ensuring that garden beds, lawns, and outdoor features are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines while operating machinery and handling gardening tools
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure that gardening tasks are completed to the highest standards
  
  Proven experience in operating ride-on lawn mowers and other relevant gardening equipment
• Solid understanding of horticultural practices, plant care, and garden maintenance
• Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors and perform manual tasks in various weather conditions
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
