Full Job Description

The skilled multi-trade maintenance operative provides high-quality maintenance and refurbishment services across our Springdene care homes and additional sites. Responsible for ensuring the Company's facilities are refurbished and maintained to a high standard, ensuring a safe, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and functional environment for residents, relatives, visitors and employees. The role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, leveraging specialist trade skills, and responding promptly to repair and refurbishment requests. You will work with the maintenance team to assist in refurbishment of the interior and exterior and maintain the properties and grounds, to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues. Your experience in various trades assist in internal refurbishment projects such as renovating floors, upgrading bedrooms, and installing wet rooms.
