Full Job Description
- Greet and assist customers, take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere
- Assist in basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, plating dishes, or preparing salads, under the guidance of kitchen staff
- Ensure cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as managing stock and helping with food storage
- Operate the till, process transactions, and handle payments accurately, including cash and card payments
- Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist with special requests or dietary needs
