General Manager

Location: Blackburn

Salary: £43K - £48K + bonus

Accommodation: Live in accommodation / Live out allowance

We're looking for a General Manager for The Willows, Blackburn. Salary up to £48,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

Marston's is one of the UK's largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we're on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Willows in Blackburn and lead the team to success!

About the pub

The Willows is a family friendly pub and hotel based in Blackburn. Overlooking the Fishmoor Reservoir, it has some amazing views that can be seen from the popular outside patio area. The pub is open plan with dining zones and a family area and there is a separate 38 room hotel. Currently taking approximately £38,000 per week with a split of 25% wet / 35% food and 40% room income. There is a spacious garden which is the perfect location for events and activities. The Willows has a full team in place and we are looking for an experienced leader who drives sales through team development, great hospitality and strong adherence to standards.

Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3 bedroom self contained flat.
