Full Job Description
- Driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to driven overall profitability of the gym
- Effective management of controllable costs such as; stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
- Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member facing role designed to enhance every visit
- Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed & delivered to the highest level consistently
- Drive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
- Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training and onboarding of new team members within your gym
- Ensure that all daily, weekly & monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard.
- Willing and able to deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them daily
- Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions
- Able to effectively manage all policies and procedures including Health & Safety, including pool plant operations
- Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times whether on-shift or not
